The project required a powerful typographic identity that captures the novel’s urgent, gritty atmosphere and futuristic tension, while establishing a striking visual presence for the book’s promotion and online platform.

The typography uses bold angular lines and intense neon colours with circuit-like digital treatments to evoke high-tech low-life oppression. Special emphasis on Hong Kong local elements: neon sign aesthetics, the silhouette mix of alleys and skyscrapers, visual metaphors echoing Cantonese slang — creating an instantly recognisable "Hong Kong cyberpunk" feel across covers, and promo materials.
